Hello all!
Here at EQ-Raiders.com, our small team which consists of just two dedicated EQ2 players, myself (Praetorian) and Mecrab, strive to provide the community with a place to discuss the game and ultimately... compete with each other through the guild rankings pages.
However, with success comes cost. As the progression pages continue to grow and page views increase, the cost of hosting, bandwidth and upkeep ultimately increase as well.
Mecrab and myself are dead set against placing ads on this website if we can help it. Thus far everything has been out of pocket for the last 7 years this website has been online, and we could use a little help if possible. Nothing has been more costly since the creation of the Progression pages. We are very pleased and at the same time very humbled that so many players enjoy the service that it provides.
We are asking the support of the EQ2 community, via optional monetary donations through PayPal, to help keep this website clean and free from advertisements. This is something we are adding which is completely optional for those who wish to support our work. If you are unable to donate or don't want to that is perfectly fine with us. :)
This will also provide assistance for future software upgrades for the website that will allow us to more easily provide you, the community, with the best browsing experience possible.
The donation button is located on the front page of www.EQ-Raiders.com (http://www.EQ-Raiders.com) and will take you to our PayPal page where you can set any amount that you deem our website has been worth to you. We will also make a special website designation for you that shows you are a supporter of EQ-Raiders.com, to show our appreciation and to the other visitors of this website. All you have to do is put in your registered forum name on the donation page and we will handle the rest.
We greatly appreciate any support to help keep this website improving through EQ2 and beyond and we are absolutely blessed to be part of such a great gaming community!
