All EverQuest II Servers will be brought offline on Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at 7:00 a.m. PDT (14:00 UTC). Estimated downtime is expected to last up to 2 hours.

GENERAL


Removed the requirement of having a number of Alternate Advancement points to level past level 90.


ZONES AND POPULATION
Vasty Deep: Toil and Trouble [Heroic II]


The Abandoned Labomination will delay casting barrage while the curse, Wrath of the Math, is active on anyone.

Savage Weald: Backwoods Brawl [Challenge]


The bonuses granted to base population from Mayhem en Masse have been reduced.
Weald liches should fall a bit faster now.

Vex Thal: Edge of Oscuris [Challenge]


The bonuses granted to base population from Vex in Effect have been reduced.

Shard of Hate: Utter Contempt [Heroic]


The option to spawn the different vampire bosses within the Heart of Hate now only checks the progression of the person that hails Estir the Spiteful.

Shard of Hate: Udder Contempt [Herd Mode]


The option to spawn the different vampire bosses within the Heart of Steaks now only checks the progression of the person that hails Taurin the Spiteful.

Fortress of Drunder


Reduced the overall damage of commonly used Drunder spells.
Reduced the damage of Sullonite Blade.
Reduced the damage of Sunder.
Reduced the damage of Rage Cloud.
Reduced the damage of Seething Strike.
Reduced the damage of Choleric Fires.

Kaladim


Items from Destiny of Velious Mid-Content have been updated to have two Yellow adornment slots.

Vex Thal: Beyond the Veil [Challenge Raid]


High Priest Verrkara should more reliably allow pets to attack her as long as the owner is within the same room as the boss.
Emperor Ssraeshza will now select targets for his challenges from players who have executed the challenge already, but only if all of that archetype has executed the challenge. This will prevent multiples of the same class from being selected when the Emperor thinks he is out of targets.
In the Emperor Ssraeshza encounter, the Scatterstorm mechanic will now remove at the same time for all targets. Targets with Scatterstorm or Stunning Scatterstorm are now immune to the range check from the same name of spell expired.

Vex Thal: Labyrinth of Solace [Raid]


Removed collision from the cages in the Xerkizh the Creator encounter as having the curse holding you prevents you from moving anyway. This should prevent the occasions where players get stuck inside one of the cages without having the curse applied to them.

Echo Caverns: Fungal Foray [All Versions]


Fungus King Cremini's Fungal Rebirth counter will properly reset if his encounter reset.

Shar Vahl: Siege Break [All Versions]


Obscura Zun'Xakra's Living Ward buff will be applied with the correct number of increments based on any mind-controlled guards still alive.

Tower of Tactics


Warmaster Deynka Packlasher: Spiraling Crash?s damage has been reduced by 50%.

Spire of Rage


Triad of Elements

Rageburner Drewsho, Ragecrusher Aktu, Ragefroster Sumora.

Elementals can no longer be hailed to slow their speed. Their actual movement speed has been reduced.
A ragefilled crusher no longer has AOE Auto Attack.




Vasty Deep: Toil and Trouble [Heroic I]


Nogrovska Vodlak's galvanic golem and The Abandoned Labomination's crawler queens are now immune to indirect AOEs.

Vasty Deep: Toil and Trouble [Heroic II]


Added an extra check for The Abandoned Labomination's Wrath of the Math curse to ensure increments are properly counted when removed. Also added a chat message that displays the increments of the group member who died while the curse was active, if nobody else had their curse removed.


ABILITIES


Fixed a bug that could cause the protection provided by Bulwark of Order to fall off earlier than it should.
Updated Shadow Trickery so it no longer provides an absolute override of the Fervor amount from Whirling Blades, which could cause it to reduce the bonus in some cases. Shadow Trickery will now increase the Fervor granted by Whirling Blades by a percentage based on the tier of Shadow Trickery.


ITEMS


Reduced the required number of items required to gain the the Linked Shadows set bonus to 1.
Corrected a bug that caused the Cloak of Creeping Shadows to have tier 17 stats instead of tier 20.
Gallant's Charm of Fortitude - Green adornment slot has been removed.
Corrected an issue that prevented Vast Hurting from critically applying.

QUESTS


Reduced the Familiars Wild quest to only require three updates.
DoV Hunter's missions no longer require updates from Spire of Rage or Strategist's Stronghold.
Artifacts and magical items sought by Dr. Arcana within Vasty Deep: Toil and Trouble should now be more visible from a distance.
