Direct from the guys over at Eq2players.com comes a rather exciting look at the new content coming in LU44. Take a peak!
------------------------- Dire hatred is once again seeping into the world of Norrath! With that new suffusion of ill intent, some of the residents in the major cities (Freeport, Qeynos, Kelethin, Neriak, Gorowyn and Haven) are lashing out amongst one another, with fights and brawls breaking out on a regular basis! The local guards and militia of those cities are strained thin trying to keep some semblance of peace.

The Shard of Hate itself has opened and is the reason for the recent influx of fighting! Do you have what it takes to step into that fiendish world, to help beat back the tide of maleficient hate or to claim your own hoard of treasure and fame?

By decree of the Overlord, Freeport shall NOT be overshadowed by the weak tradeskill folk of Qeynos. Following that order, the "Coalition of Tradesfolke" in West Freeport is in the process of upgrading their headquarters to provide better facilities for those great tradesmen and women under the watchful eye of Lord D'Lere.
