Fixed an issue with the Renewal of Ro pre-order purchase not granting the appropriate previous expansions.
ITEMIZATION
Overseer's Indium Chesplate - Item name is now spelled correctly.

Silrena and Faezoth should now properly show quest offer icons before hailing them.

The recipe for Velocity V (Ancient) can now be found in Ancient Dreadfell Coven Teachings Volume III.

Fixed an issue where dragging an empty bag from your bank onto auto-bank could cause it to vanish and end up in your overflow.
