Is it possible to get Zarrakon, the new PvP TLE added on for raid progression tracking?

Ill check the Census data. If there are at least 10 guilds raiding Ill add it to existing progression. The PVP limited servers never last that long because players lose interest very quickly. So I will add it but progression will be limited to your server since the standard TLE is already established and further ahead in content.
