Unable to Create Accounts

Have had several folks in my guild attempt to create an account and have been unable to do so. They are getting an error:

Not Acceptable!

An appropriate representation of the requested resource could not be found on this server. This error was generated by Mod_Security.

Gonna need more information than this. What are they doing exactly to create a new account? I was able to get to the final step without issue.

Hey, so if you don't have an account (or the cookie for it) You get the login create account link. If you click that link you get the error the OP shows.

So I copied the "create an account" link and it is this:

https://www.eq-raiders.com/forum/vbsso/vbsso.php?a=act&do=register&d=https%3A%2F%2Fprogress.eq-raiders.com%2F&lid=5bebbe307c5082.48266746

Which is clearly NOT going to get the users to the link you provided in the post above. So what users are trying to say is your link is jacked.
