ABILITIES
Class Skill Suggestions Update: Prestige Expertise Passives have been increased for level 130 and above.
Crit Bonus Overcap bonus will now start at 348 and scale up 74% each 5 level increase.
Fervor and Fervor Overcap bonus will now start at 49.9% and scale up 74% each 5 level increase.
All classes will now receive the same bonuses from these prestige abilities. This also means that the Max HP granted to tank classes will now be granted to all classes.
