ZONES AND POPULATION
Sodden Archipelago: Thawed Marshes [Raid]
Bosses and summoned creatures in boss encounters within the zone have had their difficulty and maximum health lowered.
Shelled Repairers in the Bucko encounter should now start healing their master in 60 seconds from spawning rather than 45 seconds.
Vitoth of the Gnarled Roots should no longer continue to hasten the respawn of summoned creatures in the encounter past 45% health.
