Mitigations against spells and abilities have been lowered for all raid tiers.

Kael Drakkel: Remnants of War [Chronoportal Raid]
The Statue of Rallos Zek should once again spawn the Echo of War when brought near the fountains at the appropriate time of the encounter.
During the Statue of Rallos Zek encounter, the spell ?Conscription? should no longer charm the target if not handled correctly...
