Varsoon's CoE Progression

It's possible that my browser is just being the problem, but I'm not able to select CoE as an expansion for Varsoon.
Is this intentional, an oversight, or my browser?
Any help or info would be appreciated.

I do apologize. It's been a long time coming for the TLE server to reach Chains of Eternity. I actually didnt see the server notice that it had been updated to that expansion. For the last several years it usually stops at DOV and resets. The pages have been updated to Chains of Eternity and raid encounters were added. The pages should update shortly.

Varsoon is the first TLE to get this far, and will unlock ToV in a couple weeks.
