Use the epitaph from Brius Lokado to make him attackable. In case you do not give him epitaph, he spawns T6 epic encounters versions of old T5 nameds. More information is needed.

You must successfully kill the three rounds of symbiants in order to fight the easier version of Tremblar. - Spawns adds every ~5 Minutes. More information is needed.
