This guy (EA) is part of the scripted ring event down at the bottom of the Lab. Once you go down into the pit, the event starts and a couple people chat it up. Afterward, EA goes down the hall and in the chamber and becomes attackable. Easiest mob in Labs.

Use the epitaph from Brius Lokado to make him attackable. In case you do not give him epitaph, he spawns T6 epic encounters versions of old T5 nameds. More information is needed.
