Ingolf Arnar is a pretty straight forward encounter. The first thing to know about this mob is that you will need an even balance of mage/healer dps and scout/fighter dps.
During the fight adds will spawn named either 'a physical phantasm' or 'an arcane phantasm'. You would be right to guess that...

Between 100% - 50% is just straight burn.
1. She will periodically port someone and 'bite' them for about 30% health then knock that person back and come back to the raid.
2. There is an elemental AoE that hits pretty hard if not cured.

This named does not hit very hard. He has as 1 elemental ae that is 180 Front/rear, 9 - 15 - 200 meter range. Two adds are attached to the named on pull.
Adds will spawn at 75% - 50% - 35%.

Kreeger is a very simple fight if you remember one important thing. Your raid must stay within 15 meters of him. 10-15 meters is the ideal spot to stand from him. He lives in the rat area in that area where the red target circle area is. He has no hard mode.
Cogglius curses the 3 closest folks to him occasionally and if those folks are fighters they will be hit for less vs non fighters who will be hit much harder.
