Will curse whole raid on pull, just a ticking AE damage curse that can be cured through fight. Best to cure these all asap.
Every 30s, he will set either the Outer rooms, or the Middle room on Fire, which is instant death for people in those rooms. You can only have maximum of 6 people in each room...

HP on both nameds must be decreased in Balance.
5% Threshold works fine.
Both will periodically call for the tank archetype they need to be tanking them. (Brawler/Warrior/Crusader). Must be on the right tank, or will one shot their target and keep one shotting targets till they find the right type....

This is a fairly strait forward fight not requiring any special ACT, GC, or RH calls outs. Try and pull the roamer from behind him so that it does not add on someone during the encounter.
