Pull Master of the Gaurd where you please and have a second spot set where your raid can move between.
The fight will be pretty simple at the start, just burn the add when it spawns or it will cast Keening Wail on the raid and stun everyone.

Has an AE that spawns two 'liquid fire' adds for each player or pet that is hit by it, making accurate jousting very important. The adds autoattack for crushing damage, and are mezzable.
Talendor also has a 25,000 point heal called Prayer of Harla Dar that he uses 3-4 minutes after the fight begin...

Spawns adds based on time intervals, not HP%.
Auto-attack drains 2-7 points of power.

Has Mental based AOE with knockback and root. Single-target divine nuke, seems nerfed after LU31 hits for 1-2k.
Strategy:

Teleports his current target to one of three locations in the zone every 45 seconds or so. First location is the spawn point of Talendor, second is spawn point of Gornaire and third location is cross over the spawn point of Talendor in the first floor.
