The Direvine Matron
by EQ-Raiders
Getting to the Matron involves battling through a ring event. To start the event the non-agro The Overseer of Change must be up. He is located roughly at -40, 10, 365 in Mystic Lake.

Round 1:
The Overseer of Change (74x4)
When you click 'knock on wood' he turns agro and spawns 3 twisted roothorror adds that autoattack for crushing.

Abilities & Notes
- 1,940,000 HP
- Rain of Leaves (AoE - Magic dmg - 30 sec recast - moderate damage)
- Striking Branch (Single Target DD - Crushing - 20 sec recast - light damage)
- Crushing Vines / Piercing Vines (Single Target DD double-hits - light damage)
- Crushing autoattack
- Spawns 2 twisted roothorror adds at intervals during the fight (70%, 40%, 10%)
- Wave of Enfeebelment - Delevel that she puts on 3 random people in the raid. You have around 5 seconds to cure the arcane effect, or it becomes an incurable trauma.

Round 2: Korzak the Constructor (74x4)
Pops at the Druid ring and has no adds. This is a giant version of Acrimoniad... sadly.

Abilities & Notes
- 2,259,000 HP
- Phosphorus Spittle (Single Target DD - Heat - 20 second recast)
- Corrosive Spores (AoE DD - Poison - 45 second recast - moderate damage)
- Pestilential Breath (AoE DD/DoT - Disease - 70 second recast - moderate damage)
- Crushing autoattack
- Can spawn adds if his AE gets the kill shot

Round 3: The Direvine Matron
Pops at the Druid ring

Abilities & Notes
- Spawns two Dryad adds (^^^) every minute during the fight
- Has two heals (Bloom - big heal then small regen, and Regrowth - 6k heal every couple seconds)
- Has a pierce based damage shield called Thorns
- Ports a random player around Mystic Lake every 60 seconds.
- Trauma AE removes all tank mitigation. (Cure ASAP)

Interesting how that is listed as Instanced. *Fixed.

This mob is NOT in an instance but is contested.

I would rate it still as very hard despite a x3.5 with 10 lv80's.

There is also NO break between spawns, so power regen
