This mob is the second easiest mob on the 3rd floor.
Definitely pull him OUT of the water.
Pulling him out of the water is recommended because if he is tanked in the water he gets a dps buff and he hits much much harder. He will occasionally spike damage to your main tank but if you have proper wards this will not be a major factor.
