Has an autoattack that hits for crushing as well as disease.
The Heroic mobs (De'Morte preserver) spawn every 35 seconds. They are spawned when the mob emotes "Through the portal now!"
He emotes "Time for some soul searching." and will cast Prone to Corruption.
The epic mobs are spawned when the mob emotes "Time for some soul searching." At the exact same moment, the name will point a finger at someone in the raid. This spawns an epic x2 mob. This emote occurs every 30 seconds.
The epic x2 adds have roughly 200k HP's.
If the Othysis is under 50%HP and the add gets within range, it will heal the mob for about 750k.
If anyone dies to Prone to Corruption it will not spawn a Epic Add, however the mob can be burned easily with a full burn on the named. The Heroic Adds that spawn, spawn in her room just behind where she sits. Having 2-3 people back there to grab the heroics before they reach Othysis will help.
Anytime someone gets a pointed to, they will be stunned as long as their Epic x 2 counterpart is alive. A raid with high dps, as well as an Illusionist and a coercer can burn the mob to almost death without getting a Boney Finger. At 25 seconds, Illusionist hits Phase..at 50% Illusionist hits Allies...at 75 seconds Coercer hits Amnesia. All three of those spells at the right time will prevent a Finger from being pointed. Othysis needs 25 seconds of steady aggro to enable that spell, which is why if someone dies to Corruption a Epic will not spawn.
