Elder Ekron

Elder Ekron is the giant Wurm located just prior to Druushk.
The way the mob works is fairly simple. The mob is a standard tank and spank with a little twist between 70% and 30%.
Most raids will pull this mob to the wall just in front the stone stairway. Proceed to kill from this point on. When the mob hits 70% you will see an emote that says Elder Ekron's Children Have Heard His Call. It will appear on everyone's screen. A level 85 ^^^ Heroic Wurm will come from the lava and run to the raid. Have your OT intercept this mob before he gets too close to the raid. The Heroic add has a nasty AOE that seems to amplify in damage the more people it hits. If your off tank grabs the adds and tanks it within range without pulling it too close to the raid you should be fine.
During the spawning of the Heroic Add every 10% from this point on you will see another NPC Wurm running around. It will travel from Egg Patch to Egg Patch releasing 3 small Wurmlings all Single ^ mobs. While you are killing adds you need to be sure that you do not reach the next 10% until the adds are dead. Just debuff Ekron until both Add sets are killed. If you spawn another Heroic named while the Wurmlings are still up you will trigger a large AOE that will do pretty good damage to your raid. So, from 70% to 30% take it slow. After the final Egg Patch at 30% you can commence burning the Named down. When the named dies, the remaining NPC Wurmlings in the area will come and attack you. Just kill them they are all Solo-con encounters.
