Before engaging Silverwing have the raid stand outside the room. Have the monk/bruiser disband and a pet class that can feign death (spell or tinker item) disband also.
The monk should have the wrench from the Taskmaster's room. Have them go around and disable all the machines they can without agroing Silverwing. The last 3 machines by Silverwing will require your pet class to pull silverwing so the monk can disable 1-2 machines, get away and FD. Once all the machines are disabled it is now time to pull.
The main tank should set up on Silverwing's left side. There is a wall and a dragon statue that form a corner there which is a easy spot to hold Silverwing and not get knocked back.
The raid should be slightly down the ramp at max range of the Wing Beat aoe. The main tank healers should be able to find a spot on the side of Silverwing that will prevent them from getting the aoe. If they are having trouble finding this spot then have them joust it or hide around the corner past the dragon statue.
Once positioned pull Silverwing and fight as normal jousting the Wingbeat AOE that will hit every 60 seconds (it is longer than the other windbeat aoes in the zone and hits just as hard).
Now during the fight people will be called to click on a 3 foot tall metal torch. He will call 4 people during the fight. First it will be a scout at 80%, then a mage at 70%, a fighter at 60%, and finally a healer at 50%.
The locations of the torches are:
Healer - At Silverwing's spawn location
Scout - Very back of the room opposite from healer
Mage - Near the ramp where the raid should be positioned
Fighter - Opposite side of mage spawn on Silverwing's right side.
Now when you are called to click the torch your screen will go blue. You will also not be able to see the little orbs floating around that stun and damage you. Because of this someone (preferably a healer) should be assigned as a guide so the people called can follow them safely without running into orbs.
The orbs will only be near the fighter and scout harvest points. The mage and healer that are called will not need a guide.
During the time the people are called to click the torch Silverwing will not take damage, but you can still land debuffs. Once the torch is clicked you can damage Silverwing again.
One of the tricky points is that when the fighter is called to click the torch at 60% the adds will also start to spawn. If you are lucky the off tank will be called to click the torch, the main tank can stay on Silverwing, and the monk can pick up the adds. If the main tank is called the off tank needs to rescue Silverwing. If the monk is called then have the off tank grab the adds.
The adds that come are Droag casters. Do not engage them until they get to the raid force or they will sit there and nuke you from a distance. From 60% on they will keep coming so the dps needs to switch between adds when they arrive and then back onto Silvering.
Now the tricky part starts: Silverwing will charm 3 people randomly. He will do it around 55%-45%, and then twice after that at about every 2 minutes. Swarm pets have been said to eat the charm but I can't confirm it works properly.
Dealing with the charm is the only difficult part of the fight, but if the wrong 3 people get charmed its pure chaos.
A quick rundown of the fight is as follows:
80% - Scout will be called to harvest
70% - Mage will be called to harvest
60% - Fighter will be called to harvest
60% - Droag casters show up and keep coming
~52% - First possible charm
50% - Healer will be called to harvest
~32% - Second charm
~12% - Third charm
