Captain Ikalus

Captain Ikalus is much like Senior Loyalist Tilas only with one major change. He has a full memory wipe every 30 seconds or so. He has a small barrage AOE at melee range which is usually not much to heal but can be for some under-geared players with not much physical mitigation.
Captain Ikalus will also randomly charm healers throughout the fight. He doesnt always do it, but its alot like Senior Loyalist Tilas' random AOE. It might have to do with not enough DPS due to the mem-wipe. The charm was not curable according to the healers. Again, the charm doesnt always happen each fight.
Burn his adds much like Senior Loyalist Tilas and handle the mem-wipe as cleanly as possible. Grats on the loot, this encounter does not currently drop patterns.

i think the charm was curse so can be cured with cure curse.
