There is one difference beteen the two mobs:
Cerulea will port her current target to one of three locations; where she stands, where her sister stands or somewhere in the middle. Happens about every 60 seconds.
Magentia has a hate dump and the tank must get her back. You'll probably want your tank with the most snaps on this mob. Happens about every 60 seconds.
They do not require to be burnt down equally.
Ok so a single target spell and doesn't do much if healers are on top of thier curing. Thanks much for the info =)

At 7:50:29, I can see that our Warden's "Tranquility" removed Squash from the tank, so it's curable and the huge damage can be avoided.. But it's on about a 2-3 second timer before it ticks hard.
I did this mob last night and looking at ACT Plasma Field hit twice on a 3 minute and 18 second fight. It first hit 1 minute and 48 seconds into the fight and then a second time 54 seconds later. The spell hit for crushing and magic damage anywhere from 9k-25k on our raid (EM & HM raid geared).
I will add the AoE into the strat with a 50 second timer.
Did you see any damage from Cerulea called 'Squash'? I have it down as an AoE she casts however duing my fight last night she didn't cast it all and was wondering if I got that ability mixed with Magentia.
We attempted this tonight and had an AoE coming off of Cerulea that seemed to hit pretty hard (though I am a caster, so I'll be a little extra squishy):

At this time, both mobs were up and we were burning Magentia. Is this a standard AoE (didn't seem like it), or is this a conditional AoE?
Just did this fight for the first time. Was really simple. Def need to split them, but you don't have to have a tank for Cerulea one, we used a swash.
