There are 8 heroic adds that cannot be killed (buffs show they will heal 100% on death). 4 on the right can be mezzed, 4 on the left can either be rooted or just off-tanked.
Vorticia has a knockback, so have your MT against a wall.
Have the OT hold all adds, mez/root if you can. Keep separated from Vorticia.
As the fight progresses the statues standing around the room will aggro, have your OT pick them up also.
Burn the named, keep the OT up, watch for mem-wipes from Vorticia.
Once Vorticia is down, adds can be killed.
It can take longer to kill all of the adds than it does to kill the named...

No longer works this way.. they fixed it. You have to kill statues while doing the encounter.
found a trick to this encounter last night, you can kill statues on left and right by using dog to pull them, thus making this encounter easier.
Red pants are rootable. Blue pants are mezzable. The mobs are not linked.
We had the OT tank them in the middle where they were standing and the MT took the named to the corner of a wall to avoid the knockback. We kept all the dps on the named and had no issues.
There is an incurable on the raid called Greater Tidings of War that debuffs beneficial crit chance by 140%.
There are several curses:
1) Curable Curse: Queen's Edict- Must be cured or deals a lot of disease damage on termination, for our tank it said 43k. Our tank on the named was the only one who got this. Definitely cure it.
2) Uncurable Curse: Vallon's Legacy: "This is a legacy best suffered alone." Not really sure what it does. I did not run away, curse expired, and nothing seemed to happen. At least we did not notice if it did.
3) Curable Curse: Abrogation: Big Tank Debuff. Cure this.
