Pull Dagarn and 4 adds spawn with the name "Aquatic Legionnaire" from the 4 cornors of the room. These adds will need to be killed at the 4 cornors of the room where you see a ball of fire floating in the air. When an add dies next to a ball of flame it despawns and will in turn decrease the amount of damage from Incindiary Destruction. The next set of adds spawns 90 seconds after the first.
The first Destruction comes 45 seconds into pull and then recast every 90 seconds. It is very predictable and can easily be tracked.

Hard Mode is the same as EM with the addition of a curse and a red text joust.
Get Dagarn into position so your tank and raid all have a place to joust in and out. At about 90% there will be a red message about Dagarn being wounded which is when you want to apply the 'Vial of Time Distilled Protoplasm' from the heroic zone. Dagarn will heal back to 100% and his name will change to Dagarn the Decimator.
Crushing Claw is cast on Dagarn's current target and is a deathtouch; it hits every 45 seconds. The cast time is quite fast so tanks will probably need to watch a timer for this instead of a cast bar.
The red message joust happens every 50 seconds. Have the raid and tanks joust this as it is a deathtouch dot; range is about 25 meters.

Incorrect. Destruction hits every 90-92 seconds which is why you can use 4 Inquisitors to negate the AOE every single time and the AOE timers do not alter counters from Easy to Hard mode.
