This name has two spells that can be debuffed from her, one is a small power drain on combat/spell hit ( icon is a yellow rose on a yellow background) the other is more important as it has a proc on it (don't remember at this time what the proc did, will post later with the info of it), the icon for this one is the blue-head-like thing on a red background

If any of your group members lose all of their mana, Caerina will death touch random raid members. Hitting her with spells will sometimes make them cost 800x the regular amount, so just keep an eye on your mana and stop casting when necessary. Note: It has gone off from people dying to the aoe and their mana disappearing - resists are a good thing.

Has anyone figured out how to get a flawless with her?

So far, tank and spank. Put your back against the hallway. She does randomly kill your group members, but we just powered through it. Finesse is for the weak.
