One of the SCx4 ring events, you will need to kill the two guards to try and spawn him. He does not always spawn.
The two adds are crushing damage auto attack.
Since Goliathan's auto-attack damage is cold, this is best tanked by a Berserker. It is recommended that on the pull you turn him and fight in the cubby hole where spawns, to prevent the throw from hitting the raid.
