Biggest thing to watch over is the power drain AOE. As the fight gets longer the recast on the AOE gets a bit longer by a few seconds. Feed the main tank and the main tank group healers as much power as possible during this fight.

Triggered spawn.
AE is actually a DoT that will tick on whoever it hits 30secs after it initially hits. Can be cured to prevent 2nd tick. MT group healers will get hit by AE so have max heat resist for them. All other healers can joust AE and heal MT and MT grp healers as needed.

Adds once killed can respawn during the fight if it goes too long. Must be fought in the water, land breaks the encounter.

Trick to this fight is to kill the Named first and adds last. When adds die first they will spawn epic versions of little trees that have an AE.
Mez, charm or OT adds and kill Urzyd first. Wait AT LEAST 10 min after ANY wipe. Adds have a hard time resetting and will cause wood chest to drop if not...
